Baron Philippe de Rothschild Pauillac 1999
Bordeaux, FranceInteresting cranberry cassis aromas with a bit of the traditional sweaty leather barnyard and pepper - the Pauillac thing. Little richer than the right bank labels and more intensity. Still has the lean Bordeaux demeanour that calls for food. It should improve in the bottle. Tasted: 01 October 2001Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $25.95 | 750ml |
Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot - Cabernet Franc
