Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainSlightly heavier (Baroque) style although the wine has been considerably toned down since its original launch in the 80s???. Quite a rich wine but slightly clumsy for a cava. The flavours are more nutty than fruity. The blend is 30/30/40 macabeo / xarello / parallada. Aged 3 years.
