Western Cape, South AfricaD'Honnuer gets 100 per cent new French barrels for 13 months and it goes through the full malolactic fermentation. This is old fashion chardonnay with a lot of oak and in fact a lot of everything. The fruit is grown on deep gravel soils on the mountain.
