Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhole cluster pressed - all stainless steel. Leave a lot of lees in because its clean. Twp percent solids sur lee aged. Creamier texture better mouthfeel. Big, cool-climate, super citrus edition. Mineral and lemons with a dry finish. Good but the acidity will scare off those looking for the soft, medium-sweet style.
