Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Estate Select Chardonnay sees about 45 per cent new oak while the rest is barrelled in one year-old French wood but you can still expect a fruity entry with lees, honey, citrus and green peach aromas and flavours. Smoky lees and buttery popcorn mark the flavour but there is lively fruit here and it's well balanced.
