It's a selection of sauvignon fruit from the best vineyards blended with chardonnay and sémillon for extra mouth feel. Pepi uses 30 to 40 per cent new oak the wine is sur lie aged for four to five months before it is blended with sauvignon racked and cleaned up within a month. 4000 cases produced.
