South Australia, AustraliaA blend of McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Adelaide Hills worked in open top fermenters and run off into basket presses. Spicy, minty, leafy, cassis jam aromas with coffee, olive and tobacco in the background. Soft, rich and round with ripe cassis jam, spicy, coffee mint and blackberry flavours showing, definite Coonawarra influence. Slightly acid in the finish but has elegant, soft tannins.
