Puente Alto, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileDeep opaque colour. Intense smoked spice, cassis berries and sap - the Don nose. Lovely smoky leather cassis fruit and very supple and soft on the palate. There's some dryness in the long waxy vanilla finish but otherwise this is surprisingly good for a tough cool vintage.
