Mosel, GermanyThere's less acidity here but it only makes the wine smoother and easier to drink now. Expect superb concentration of flavours a structure that is balanced and along finish. The nose is creamier and showing more botrytis - it's a good example of how a Beerenauslese can differ from an Eiswein. This wine could have been a Trocken Beerenauslese but Richter wanted more raisins so it was left.
