Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainParellada, a traditional white grape, is what gives Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Look for a fresh nose of ripe yellow raisin-yellow plum fruit typical of this grape. Also a note of pine nuts and lime that carries onto the palate. It's medium bodied, with lots of polish, fine lime and mineral acidity on the finish.
