Torres Gran Vina Sol Chardonnay 1999
Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainOpen pear, green apple Granny Smith aromas and very similar flavours with a wisp of vanilla in the background. Its fine, mid-palate textures are a result of the 85/15 blend of chardonnay and parellada and the fact that only 30 percent of the wine ends up in oak barrels.
