Mosel, GermanySlate, mineral, apple and citrus rind aromas with a touch of smoky Vaseline. Elegant and balanced on the palate with good acidity. Green apple, citrus and smoky mineral flavours predominate. Just a touch sweet in the finish with a light green apple aftertaste. Very elegant, a reasonable summer sipper.
