Chablis, Burgundy, FranceThe '99 Chablis has a lovely clean, fresh nose with apple, mineral and wool aromas in the background. Like the other '99s, the entry is round and soft followed by lots of citrus rind and mineral flavours. I like the long buttery lees (bread) flavoured finish.
