Valle del Curicó, Region del Valle Central, ChileOne hundred per cent El Descanso fruit 90 percent of which is fermented in stainless steel with the remainder exposed to oak in the form of inner staves. Nearly half of the wine is whole cluster pressed and all of wine comes from free run juice. Look for fresh grapefruit and lots of aromatic notes on the nose.
