Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThere's more alcohol in the '99 so they left three grams of residual sugar to balance out the wine. They work with cloudy juice eschewing the reductive process. Green apple, pear fruit with a smooth finish. Only 30 percent of the wine is barrel fermented in 25 percent new oak.
