Canyon Road Sauvignon Blanc 1999
California, United StatesThis sister winery to Geyser Peak produces a sauvignon with a New Zealand stainless style, showing kiwifruit, lime and gooseberry. Lots of citrus dominates the delivery, with reedy grassy gooseberry on the finish. Light grassy, fig, toasty, earth aromas. On the palate, fairly round with grassy, bell pepper and citrus flavours. Round and well balanced, tasted better with food.Tasted: 01 September 2000Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $12.95 | 750ml |
