Geyser Peak Cabernet Sauvignon 1997

Sonoma County, California, United StatesSpicy, peppery, earthy tobacco aromas with blackberry smoke and wax in the background, almost Pauillac-like. On the palate, medium rich with moderately dry tannins and has good blackberry, earthy, cassis and pepper flavours. Finish is slightly smoky with earth and vanilla. Needs a few years to soften out but drinkable now with cheese or meat dishes.Tasted: 01 March 2000Tasted by: Stuart TobePrices:
