Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileDeep color marks this average pinot made from six-year old vines. Very cool cassis style with some smoky gamy hints but not a lot of fruit and quite a dry finish. Disappointing given the quality of the 1997 vintage and the price.
