De Bortoli Pinot Noir Yarra Valley 1997
Yarra Valley, Victoria, AustraliaWhole bunch fermented, hand plunged in open top fermenters, this wine has very good cherry ruby colour. Tea, plum, citrus rind, smoky vanilla aromas. Slightly dry and lean with some acidity at this point. The wine has spicy, earthy, cherry, smoky flavours with some vanilla and herbal tones in the finish.
