Carmen Reserve Chardonnay 1998
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileThe Carmen reserve chardonnay is made exclusively with Maipo fruit that is whole cluster pressed with no skin contact. The juice is divided prior to fermentation with 50 percent going into stainless 50 percent into oak. The oak is a 50/50 split between American and French wood.
