McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaTight, fairly closed on the nose with more earth, licorice and pepper than fruit at this point, has hints of plum jam. Big rich fruit flavours of ripe plum jam, pepper, earth and jasmine sit on the mid-palate and fill your mouth but the finish is tannic and dry, very young.
