Bordeaux, FranceRothschild crushes 50 percent of this blend at its Saint Laurent facility in the Médoc to better control the quality. The average annual mix is sémillon (60 percent) sauvignon blanc (30 percent) and muscadelle (10). The wine sees some skin contact and partial malolactic fermentation. Look for a mostly Entre-Deux-Mers style here with lemon lime citrus white with a fresh nervous stylish wine. Try with light seafood or summer salads. Excellent value.
