Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceDomaine des Salice Syrah is the red partner, and it's another winner. Full of rich, round, silky fruit, that's laced with pepper and smoky overtones, it doesn't get better than this for the money. Best of all, it looks and taste like a syrah.
