Western Cape, South AfricaMade with non-blended, non-wooded grapes from Simonsberg mountain vineyards. Pale, pale color. The intention is a Sancerre-style wine. We found an open, grassy, herbal nose with a touch of cat's pee. Plenty of acidity and again oily on the palate.
