MoldovaTight, light and dry screamingly fresh, this subtle aligoté from Moldova is streaked with meadow flowers, under ripe pear and light mineral salts. Tart linear citrus mid-palate with a dry pithy finish. A different kind of white wine that needs food to be enjoyed.
