Nk'Mip Cellars - Sín iʔ tmxʷulaxʷ
Canada's first native winemaker Justin Hall began as a cellar hand at Nk'Mip; today, he is the voice of the native-owned winery. We asked Hall if the Okanagan people had an equivalent term for the savoury garrigue notes from the Languedoc we found in his wines.
