Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pinot gris comes off Foundation and Coyote Bowl vineyards in the south Okanagan, and a mix of gravels and sandy loams. This spent 6 months resting in a mix of 80/20 stainless / barrels. The fact that it's a current release 2019 is somewhat concerning. However, this opens with fragrant pear, gooseberry, white peach along an off-dry and floral, slightly watery palate, finishing with a gentle flush of warmth.
