Moraine Cliffhanger Red 2021
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCliffhanger Red is evolving. The latest blend is a mix of merlot, syrah, and malbec from the property's estate Anastasia Vineyard. The nose is lightly reductive, but a splash decant can help clean that up. Before you get to the black cherry, raspberry, and vanilla, there is a fair bit of tannin to disperse. Best now with barbecued pork ribs or Portobello mushroom burgers to soak up some flavours.
