Bordeaux, FranceCadet Blanc is a 69/29/2 mix of sauvignon blanc, which brings freshness and fruit; sémillon to add roundness and density; and a dash of muscadelle for lift and refinement. Again, the Bordelais are the master of the blend, and this is a fine example of what you can do with care at the entry level. The nose is a herbaceous affair lined with citrus and peach, while on the palate, it is a grassy, zippy wine with citrus and white peach over a mineral, stony finish.
