Ontario, CanadaThis limited edition red blend, named Pzazz, is a non-vintage blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, and cabernet franc, using 50% appassimento grapes and packaged in a very heavy bottle. Wow. Rich and full, with jammy medicinal red and black fruit, smoke, bitter chocolate, and tart acidity, up against some RS. Tannins are ample and ragged.
