Finite x Fogolar Finite Red 2020
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis equal blend of merlot and cabernet franc comes off the Stouck vineyard and Oppenlaender vineyards, respectively, with additional Cab Franc off the Picone vineyard, the latter having 25% whole cluster. After one month on skins, all was pressed to new American and neutral French oak for 20 months. Wild blackcurrant, black plum is imbued with thorns and baking spice and lit with bright herbal acidity.
