Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom the lauded Wismer Wingfield vineyard, this gamay was destemmed and partially crushed into 1-Ton bins for a two-week ferment on skins before aging for nine months in older French barrels.
