Blanville Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceChâteau Haut-Blanville is a family-owned Languedoc wine estate founded in 1997 by Béatrice & Bernard Nivollet. The Nivollets based their estate on the Burgundian model of terroir first, creating wines showing the diversity of Languedoc. Their 70 ha of vineyards extend across The Grés de Montpellier AOP. This youthful, easy red carries tart raspberry, cherry, and plum along a shorter, fresh palate. Tannins are nearly non-existent, with just a slightly sticky tug. Crack into now with burgers or pork sandwiches.Tasted: 06 March 2023Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
