LebanonCinsault has been farmed in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley from the mid 19th Century. This comes off 50 year old dry farmed cinsault vineyards in the Western Bekaa at 1000m, rooted in clay with limestone. It was hand picked and native fermented in concrete prior to ageing in neutral French barrels for 8 months. This medium red is laced with cracked white pepper, infiltrating wild cherry, raspberry, worked leather, and seasoned with dried herbs and fine salts which linger on the bitter edged finish.
