Provence, Sud de France, FranceThis sparkling rosé from Provence blends organic grenache and cinsault from the region's clay/limestone soils. After a stainless ferment, this spent 14 months sur lattes. Pale salmon, this has very soft, silken mousse supporting sugared strawberries, candy apple to a bitter floral finish.
