Vinho Verde, Northern Portugal, PortugalHard to be more natural than Aphros' founder and winemaker Vasco Croft. This biodynamic, sparkling split of Loureiro and Arinto was fermented in stainless, finishing in bottle, and disgorged after 3 months. Crisp and bone dry, with ample lime pith and peel, lemon blossom, tart citrus, and melon.
