Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis rather reserved pinot noir doesn’t reveal itself all at once, but instead, it displays its layers one at a time. It opens with spicy and nutty notes dusted with black tea and jasmine-scented florals. Red and dark berries come a step behind followed by dusty earthy minerality. Fine, yet substantial tannins along with bright acidity shapes the palate.
