Sicily, ItalyAnthìlia 2021 is the 38th edition of this white wine made on the Contessa Entellina estate in southwest Sicily where it all began for Donnafugata. The latest effort is fragrant in the glass with delicate underlying freshness. The palate is intensely fruity with fresh citrus, peach, and bitter grapefruit that persist through the finish. The winery suggests you pair it with lightly smoked fish, shellfish, or a classic Caesar salad.
