Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom a southwest facing site on the Naramata Bench, this gamay initially showed more macerated dark berries on the nose along with some earthy notes. The fruit feels fresher and more red-toned on the palate, and is framed by vibrant acidity, and ripe, supple tannins. The savoury, spicy finish is layered with a subtle smokey undertone.
