Gray Monk Odyssey Rosé Brut Méthode Classique 2019

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is one of my favourite wines from the Gray Monk portfolio, and it really overdelivers for the price. It's surprisingly elegant and poised, with generous red berry that's accented by cream and subtle autolytic character.
