Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis blend of Grenache blanc 70%, Clairette 15%, Viognier 15% was fermented in stainless (no MLF) where it remained for 6 months on lees. Ripe and creamy white peach, lush melon, fragrant orchard blossoms is bedded with a downy layer of lees, finishing briefly with a little stony spicing and a flush of warmth.
