Mt. Boucherie Pinot Noir 2021

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit was planted in the mid-1990s at Lazy River Vineyard in South Cawston, Similkameen Valley. This is very pinot on the nose with a mix of savoury red fruit aromas. The wine widens out on the palate with darker fruit and a silky palate that finishes spicy with a New World milk chocolate dusting, ensuring it is ready to drink. The match is grilled salmon with soy sauce. Aged in French oak for six months (15 percent new).Tasted: 29 November 2022Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
