Central Otago, South Island, New ZealandFrom Central Otago's Bendigo, and Mondillo's single estate vineyard planted in 2001, this blend of Pommard and Dijon clones was destemmed and fermented in barrel, 25% new, for 11 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Tight and herbal laced cherry, raspberry flood the juicy palate, with effortlessly bright acidity rafting this through the saline finish.
