Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom estate fruit grown in East Kelowna, this chardonnay shows rich, golden-hued fruit, ranging from golden apple to candied lemon, with well integrated vanillin and oak spices that are present but balanced, even with 57 percent new wood. The wine is at a lovely place, with a touch of tertiary development from bottle age, but the palate is still bright and fresh, clocking in at just 12.9% abv.
