Château La Coste Grand Vin Rosé 2021

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceThe pale Provençal pink is an elegant, delicate, graceful rosé made from a classic mix of syrah and grenache. It is whole-cluster-pressed and kept under a blanket of gas to protect its fresh aromas and flavours. It sits here on its lees for six months. The nose and palate is an enting mix of wild red fruits, strawberries, and raspberries with a thin coating of salt and citrus. What a delight to sip. The current supply is almost run out but look for this label next year. Impressive, to say the least.Tasted: 20 November 2022Tasted by: Prices:
