Champagne Marc Chauvet Brut NV
Champagne, FranceChampagne Marc Chauvet's vineyards are located in the 1er cru Rilly-la-Montagne, in the heart of Montagne de Reims. Brother and sister Clotilde and Nicolas took over from their parents, and brought modernity to the winery. Nicolas takes care of the vineyard and Clotilde, enologist, is in charge of winemaking. This blend of 1/3 each PN, PM, C, was fermented in stainless, with no MLF, and around 30% reserve wines. Cherry and red currant scent a meringue / brioche base, basing a sweet core of red fruit, and scented with pretty perfumed spices.
