A hill is a hill, while a gentle slope is not. Bachelder brings his critical eye and soft hands to this beautifully structured chardonnay that opens with a touch of honey and fullness of flavour up front, but gets down to business with a mineral, stony, citrus, limestone sculpted underbody that doesn’t quit throughout the finish.
