Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVig (for vigneron) is Roche's collection of wines celebrating Canadian artists. Penelope and Dylan present the wine, and the artist creates a label based on their tasting. For this wine Sarah Neely is expressing her experience with clone 115 Pinot Noir, organically grown on the Naramata Bench, and aged in neutral French oak. Ample toasted cedar lashes at this medium+ bodied red, with plush black cherry, red currant compote and an earthy tomato leaf edge.
