Quails' Gate Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaStewart Family Reserve is typically a riper expression of Okanagan pinot noir and the excellent 2020 vintage is no different. Deeply coloured, this offers a dark, brooding nose of ripe macerated berries and cola, balanced by judicious wood and earth. There's a lot to like here, even at this early, youthful stage, with a beautiful balance of fruit, oak, and savoury complexity. It's still tightly wound, with richly concentrated fruit that's just starting to unfurl, and will effortlessly and gracefully improve over the next 5-7 years, though we know it has the pedigree to go much longer.
