Full of life, grown and managed to pick early from cooler sites, it yields a wine with lively, relatively low alcohol. Zesty lime dusted in savoury desert sagebrush, the palate is packed with citrus, minerals, and a twist of salt before it finishes with tart apples and more zesty notes.
